Recovery is part of training, too! Taking time to rest gives our swimmers’ bodies and minds a chance to reset so they can come back ready to work, grow and chase those goals. 💪🏊

So today, take a cue from our favorite Big Dog:
🛋️ Put those paws up

🐾❤️🖤 HAPPY NATIONAL COACHES DAY!

Today, we’re celebrating the incredible coaches who make the DeKalb County Swim Team so much more than just a swim team.

Our coaches are leaders, mentors, teachers, motivators, and role models. They’re there for the early & late practices, the tough sets, the breakthrough swims, the personal bests, the big wins, and the moments when our swimmers need a little extra encouragement.

Thank you to our entire DCST coaching staff for the time, energy, patience, and heart you pour into our swimmers. You help them grow not only as athletes, but as teammates and young people—and we are so grateful for everything you do! ❤️

Today we celebrate the leaders of our PACK! 🐾🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️
