Our club conducted its semi-annual road clean up along Annie Glidden Road in DeKalb recently. Community service is one of the hallmarks of Rotary clubs and our club is no different. Thanks to those that helped with the clean up. Here are some pictures of the day - before and after. The after includes some of the "catches of the day".

Our final sponsor recognition goes to the organization that has allowed us to "up our game" in terms of amenities at the event and quality of entertainment. Their help has made the Taste of DeKalb what it is today. THANK YOU, META!!

Our last two sponsor recognitions are big ones - our "Presenting Sponsors". Their support is critical to the success of the event and our community grant. We can't thank them enough. Today's sponsor is Shaw Media - their in-kind support helped us get the word out!

No matter how good or how bad the weather is, we're thankful for the giant fest tent smack dab in the middle of our venue. Thank you to Midwest Tents & Events for providing in-kind support for the Taste of DeKalb. Your help each year brings shade and rain cover to many people and believe us, we are THANKFUL!

Only the big hitters left to recognize now as we close in on the 27th and the Taste of DeKalb. Today we would like to thank Lakeshore Recycling for their in-kind event support donations. Their help makes our lives significantly easier on the day of the event. Thank you Lakeshore Recycling Systems!

Our final "Friend Level" donor recognition is for the Kishwaukee United Way. We love partnering with the local United Way chapter to make a difference in our communities - LOVE IT!

Each year, the Illinois AmVets Ladies Auxiliary Post 90 supports our event and we are sooooo grateful! Thank you for your commitment to veterans, their families and our community. You're the best!

Today's donor recognition is for the Bethany Animal Hospital in Sycamore, IL. They care for our furry loved ones AND care about the families of DeKalb County. Thanks for your support!

One week from the event! We're getting close to the end of sponsor recognitions but we've still got some important donors to recognize! Today it's Pam Jackson and Gip Seaver. Gip is our fearless leader (club president) and he and his wife Pam are putting their money where their heart is. Thanks for supporting the Taste of DeKalb at the Blue Level!
