Check out what we’ve been up to! ☀️

🍿16 families joined us for a pop-up morning at the movies! We started the day with a yummy breakfast with our friends at Elgin CFA before heading to the theater for a fun time together.

🍽️ Elgin High School’s senior culinary class spent a day at the Farm serving in incredible ways! Students prepared 30 casseroles, assembled 30 cookie-in-a-jar kits, and wrote birthday cards for fellow teenagers.

🌾 We also welcomed families from Oak Meadows Homeschool Group, along with students from Harvest Christian Academy and Westminster Christian School, for field trips at the Farm. These visits are an excellent way to learn about fostering and how being adopted into God’s family is the greatest gift we could receive, all while serving together!

🫧 To wrap up May, we hosted a family-favorite event - Deliver & Dine! Nearly 70 families received “Party-in-a-Box” deliveries filled with a frozen meal, games, activities, and a sweet book to kick off summer. We are so grateful for the many hands that prepared casseroles, packed boxes, and delivered across Chicagoland!

Check out some highlights from our 2026
Foster Fundraiser Walk! ☀️

Our 2026 Foster FUN Walk was a great day of walking, running, sunshine, hamburgers, and so much more! The bubbles were a huge hit, and the pony rides were a special treat. Guests of all ages came for the FUN, and every Walker received a medal - - no matter how young or old. New friends were made, and all friends connected around the Path, picnic tables, and all the activity spots. The perfect weather was icing on the cake! 🫧

It's always such a sweet day filled with tradition and memories - - be sure to reserve May 1, 2027, for our next year's Walk! 🎖️
