Billygoat’s Grappling is offering free Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes for ages 6–18 right here at Boundary Waters Activity Center!

New Manchester Jaguars senior Korry Sessoms is among an elite group of high school students.
Over the summer break, Sessoms earned a perfect 1600 on the SAT. This achievement is earned by less than 0.03% of students who take the SAT nationwide. He also maintains a 4.0 grade-point average while challenging himself through the school district’s dual enrollment at the University of West Georgia. Sessoms is a member of the school’s football team where he plays wide receiver. Sessoms is the second student from the district in the last two years to get a perfect score on a standardized test widely used for college admissions. In 2024, then Douglas County High senior Mason Mifflin achieved a perfect 36 on the ACT.
