LIVESTRONG at the YMCA is about more than exercise, it’s about rebuilding strength, confidence, and community.

Our next LIVESTRONG session starts NEXT WEEK, and there is still room to join!

LIVESTRONG at the YMCA is a free 12-week program designed to support adults who are living with, recovering from, or continuing their journey after cancer treatment. The program focuses on:

• Building physical strength, endurance, flexibility, and confidence
• Supporting emotional well-being and helping participants regain a sense of control
• Creating a supportive community with others who understand the cancer journey
• Providing guidance from trained YMCA staff in a safe and welcoming environment
• Helping participants continue building healthy habits and staying active beyond treatment

Membership is included for participants and their household during the program, giving you access to everything the YMCA has to offer.

Whether you're currently going through treatment, recovering, or looking to continue strength training 1–2 years after completing cancer treatment, LIVESTRONG may be a great fit for you.

A HUGE thank you to our amazing YMCA members for making a difference in our community through the Project Fresh Start School Supply Drive!

Because of your generosity, we were able to come together with United Way of Portage County to help provide local students with the supplies they need to start the school year ready to learn and succeed.

We are so proud of the success of this drive and grateful to everyone who donated, contributed, and helped spread the word. Your generosity truly makes an impact right here in our community.
