LOS ANGELES, CA – (June 17, 2026) - “Hey Gabby, take us to the museum!” DreamWorks Animation and Association of Children's Museums announce the continuation of the beloved Gabby’s Dollhouse MEOWseum Discovery Days partnership for 2026, celebrating the magic of imagination and play in children’s museums across the country. New in 2026, participating museums will incorporate an activity themed to the magical world of Fairylandia, a secret garden overflowing with fairy-rrific sparkles, rainbow waterfalls and cat-tastic friends, introduced
in the latest season of the hit series on Netflix.

In 2025, Gabby’s Dollhouse MEOWseum Discovery Days reached more than 56,000 guests across 44 museums, including an ACM-reported 50% average increase in admission at participating museums on event dates compared to the prior year.

Beginning in July, the collaboration will be featured at 64 museums across the country. Following overwhelming demand during the inaugural year of partnership, the expanded 2026 rollout is designed to bring the experience to even more families while revisiting communities that embraced the activation with enthusiasm. In addition to the dedicated weekend celebrations, the program extends its footprint with two-week takeovers of Gabby’s Dollhouse- themed play at select ACM locations nationwide.

The following locations will enjoy a Gabby’s Dollhouse takeover during the course of two consecutive weekends with a variety of Gabby themed crafts, games, and a themed backdrop photo opportunity: July 17–26

Summer is here and while birthdays remain the same every year, the weather isn't always as predictable. Reserve your spot for our party room to give your little one a birthday party to remember!

2 hours of play and 15 minutes of clean up. Different packages for various numbers of guests.
We also provide private party packages, for those off hours play time where your group has exclusive use of the whole museum! Please schedule at least 2 weeks in advance for proper staffing.

Central Wisconsin Children's Museum is a collection site for new school supplies to help our youngest community members have a great school experience. We have a separate donation box available for collecting new items specifically for Project Fresh Start. Drop off items during open hours of the museum. Registration for families needing assistance is open.

PURPOSE: Project Fresh Start provides necessary school supplies to students in Portage County who qualify for free or reduced priced meals through their school. It is a United Way of Portage County Volunteer Center program. The start of a new school year means buying school supplies. For lower-income families, it can be a time when money is tight. Project Fresh Start depends on the support of our community to help provide school supplies to students in need. More than 3,000 students are eligible to participate in this program.

WHO RECEIVES DONATED ITEMS?: Last year, Project Fresh Start served over 1,200 students. Any child who is eligible for the federal free or reduced priced meal program is eligible for Project Fresh Start. Children must attend a school in Portage County, Wisconsin and be in 4K-12th grade.

CAN I MAKE A MONETARY DONATION? Yes, monetary donations are appreciated! You can drop off or mail a cash or check to our office at 2801 Hoover Rd. Unit 2, Stevens Point, WI 54481. Make checks out to United Way of Portage County and add "Project Fresh Start" in the memo section.
