It’s TIL Group Thursday!! Today we met at Lake Pacawa for a picnic breakfast and a little Bingo! The weather was beautiful and the company was even better!
Another terrific time with terrific people!
Next week Thursday, June 11, we will be meeting at the Stevens Point Area YMCA for some Corn Hole fun at 9:30am….Come Join the Fun! Hope to see you there!

The Shermalot Water Ski Show Team is hosting an Adaptive Ski Clinic on June 11. Could you please share it on your page? I realize it's not a YMCA event, but we are trying to reach adults and children in your area that have special needs to invite them to participate in this great event. Or if you have another way to share it with families that participate in your programs, we would be so grateful!

Tonight was truly unforgettable, with over 60 incredible individuals coming together to share laughter, dancing, and camaraderie! A huge thank you to
DJ Buffet for providing the terrific music and light show for all of us to enjoy, Rocky Rococo Pizza and Pasta for their generous pizza donation, our dedicated Adapted Recreation Staff, and most importantly, the families and Adapted Recreation participants who made this Spring Fling an unforgettable night! This Saturday, May 30, from 5:30-8:00pm, you are cordially invited to attend the Adapted Recreation Hawaiian Spring Fling at the Stevens Point Area YMCA.
The dance will take place in the main gym, featuring music by DJ Buffet, Rocky's pizza, snacks, and more.
We look forward to seeing you Saturday night.
$5.00 per person, with complimentary admission for caregivers.
$1.00 per slice of pizza
$1.00 for soda or water.

This past Thursday morning, our Adapted Recreation TIL group visited Village Gardens Plover where we had a great time learning about their preparations for the spring and summer seasons, including planting and raising beautiful flowering plants throughout the winter. If you haven’t been there yet, we encourage you to stop in soon! 🌹🌷💐 Next week, we will enjoy breakfast at Sunflower Café on Thursday, May 28, at 9:00am. Our TIL group went out to breakfast Sunflower Café this morning and enjoyed delicious breakfasts and amazing service! Thank you everyone for coming along!
