Yay! Yay! It’s Christmas Crawl day!!!
The day has FINALLY come and we are SO excited to see all of you this afternoon! We are putting the final touches together this morning and then we will be ready to kick off our own “Hallmark Christmas Movie Magic”! 🙌🎄
🚨 Important Info for Today 🚨
👉🏻Please carpool to the event with your group/friends/family. Parking is limited!! Remember there will be parking volunteers there to help tell you where to go and a golf cart available if you need a ride from the parking lot to the Inn (its not far).
👉🏻 It’s a cold day so make sure to dress appropriately for getting on and off the buses and going into the different stops. We will be doing the tree lighting, but not up to on the hill due to the snow/mushy ground. We will be down on the patio just outside the Inn☺️
👉🏻 Check in starts at 2:30 and the event starts at 3:00. Please make your way down the front brick sidewalk to the front door and come in to the check-in area. Along the way, our photographer will grab you to take a quick photo! We will start with announcements promptly at 3:00 (maybe a few mins earlier) so please be sure to be on time!  You do not need a paper ticket or your receipt just give us your name and they will check you off the list!
👉🏻 After checking in, you will make your way to get your T-shirt and then follow signs to the area with your group number.  There will be balloons around the inside of the inn with group numbers on them and your group leader will be there with more goodies for you!
👉🏻  Bathrooms are available inside the inn on the side of the dining room. The upper level of the inn is off-limits due to guests currently staying there.
👉🏻  There will be a gift basket again this year with an over $200 value!! Each entry is $1. Please being cash for this.  Yo uwill simply write your first and last name on a piece of paper and drop it in the container, and we will draw a winner at the end of the night. You can enter as many times as you want at $1/entry!
👉🏻 Your group leader is there to help answer questions, keep you on time and make sure everyone gets where they need to go. We are on a tight schedule, so please make sure you listen when they say it’s time to load up to head to the next stop.😉
