Mommy & Me Yoga is growing along with the babies! 🐣

💙 We will now offer 2 sessions for different stages of infancy: crawlers and non-crawlers.

If you're a mom who wants to have a new fun way to bond with your baby and other moms, visit our next Mommy & Me Yoga at the Statesville Recreation Center on September 9! These 2 FREE yoga classes, taught by Giveyoganc, are open to beginners.

👶 If your baby is a newborn and/or not yet crawling, please come to the 1-2pm class!
🧘‍♀️ If your baby is crawling and younger than 18 months, please attend the class from 2-3pm!
