🏁 BEAST OF THE EAST – WEEKEND SCHEDULE 🏁

The Beast of the East is almost here! Here’s everything you need to know for the weekend at Red River RC.

🔥 FRIDAY – PRACTICE & PIT PARTY

12:00 PM – Track opens for practice

Practice will continue throughout the afternoon.

Friday Evening Registration – Richard Metz will be available Friday evening for anyone who would like to get registered and paid up early before Saturday morning.

🎯 7:00 PM – RACING GAMES & GIVEAWAYS
We’ll have several fun RC racing games and competitions with gift cards and prizes up for grabs!

🎸🔥 8:00–10:00 PM – LIVE MUSIC & BONFIRE
Our friend Brad Alford will be playing live from 8:00 to 10:00 PM, and we’ll have the bonfire going at the same time. Come hang out, listen to some music and enjoy Friday night at the track!

🏎️ FRIDAY NIGHT PRACTICE

* Nitro practice ends at 10:00 PM
* ⚡ Electric practice continues until 12:00 AM

Camping areas will be marked and available for those staying with us for the weekend.

🌅 Daylight – Track opens for practice

9:45 AM – Practice closes for final track prep

10:00 AM – Drivers Meeting

Track maintenance will be performed as needed throughout the program.

🌮 FOOD TRUCK / CONCESSIONS

Concessions will be available Saturday from the food truck! If you don’t want to leave the track to grab something to eat, stick around and try some wonderful food while you enjoy the racing.

🎓 SUNDAY – DRIVERS CLINIC

9:00 AM – Drivers Clinic begins for everyone who signed up.

A great opportunity to learn, ask questions and improve your racing!

🚙 PARKING, PITS & CAMPING

We will have designated areas clearly marked for parking and campers.

If you are pitting near the driver stand, you will be able to unload your equipment at the gate, but your vehicle must then be moved to the designated parking area.

Please help us keep the area around the driver stand clear and safe throughout the weekend.

Big news!! It looks like the legend himself Jared Tebo will be in the house this weekend!!!

We've been prepping for beast of the east all weekend and will continue to do so into next weekend!

Every driver racing in the “Beast from the East” race will be entered into a drawing for a 2 night stay in a 16 person cabin located in the . This prize is valued at over $2,000. We currently have $3,000 worth of door prizes to give away, with more being added daily.

For those of you coming to the $3,000 "Beast from the East" race, why not make a weekend out of it? We will have practice all day Friday, followed by a pit party that evening featuring live music, food, and special RC events. You can race Saturday, and then go enjoy all the great things Clay City, Stanton, and the Red River Gorge has to offer on Sunday.
