Our first is for Tylan Mitchell!

Tylan T. Mitchell is a performer with a background in both acting and stage management. After spending several years supporting productions behind the scenes as a stage manager, Tylan is excited to return to the stage and bring that expanded perspective to performance.

When asked why he believes the Workers' Opera is important, Tylan quoted Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.:

“The labor movement was the principal force that transformed misery and despair into hope and progress.”

See Tylan Mitchell in Workers' Opera 2026: Stand Up And Let 'Em Know, October 9–11, 2026. More info and tickets at www.breadandrosesmo.org

Thank you Regional Arts Commission of St. Louis and STL Bucket List for creating this wonderful video to help us share about our mission. RAC has been a constant support to Bread And Roses and our artists over the years and we couldn’t imagine St. Louis without a healthy and vibrant regional arts commission!
