Meet IABH's Closing Keynote Speaker: Jim Craig 🥇✨
Few moments in sports history are as unforgettable as the 1980 "Miracle on Ice," when the United States Olympic Hockey Team defeated the heavily favored Soviet Union en route to winning Olympic gold. At the center of that historic victory was Jim Craig, the team's starting goaltender and one of the defining figures of the legendary team that inspired the hit film Miracle.
This September, Jim Craig will take the stage as the Closing Keynote Speaker at the 2026 IABH Annual Conference.
A former Olympic Gold Medalist, NHL player, and recipient of the Congressional Gold Medal, Jim has spent more than three decades helping leaders, organizations, and teams achieve success through resilience, teamwork, and purpose-driven leadership. As the founder and CEO of Gold Medal Strategies, he has worked with organizations including Disney, Coca-Cola, Bank of America, Deloitte, and Procter & Gamble, sharing lessons on overcoming adversity, performing under pressure, and building championship cultures.
