As a student leader sometimes, it can be hard to find the right activity for your small group or your next meeting – look no further than the “OS, Inc. Youth Advocate Approved Activities Toolkit” is filled with activities handpicked by the OS, Inc. Youth Advocates for other students to utilize. These activities are ones they use for their own small groups, have created with their Chapters, or fell in love with throughout their time in Snowball.

Any accredited OS Chapter and/or student apart of an accredited Chapter is able to access this toolkit by logging into the OS, Inc. Member’s Only Portal. Feel free to use these activities at your next event or meeting, adapt them to fit your Chapter’s needs, and even level them up to make them more challenging. Social media is one of the best ways for Operation Snowball Chapters to recruit new members, promote events, and highlight the incredible work happening in their communities. While it can be a powerful tool, it isn't always easy to know what to post or how to create content that connects with your audience.

That's why we created the OS, Inc. Social Media Building Toolkit. Developed and grounded in proven marketing strategies, this resource is designed to help Chapters strengthen their social media presence. Inside, you'll find practical tips, content ideas, sample captions, post templates, and strategies to increase engagement—making social media one less thing for your Chapter to stress about.

The toolkit is available to all accredited OS Chapters and Members through the OS, Inc. Member Portal. If you need assistance accessing the portal, implementing the toolkit, or creating content for your Chapter, our team is always happy to help.

Over 20 accredited OS Chapters and nearly 200 OS Leaders spent July 12th - July 17th together at CGTI 2026. Each participant got to strengthen their leadership skills, collaborate with leaders from across the state, and take healthy risks to create positive impacts. OS Chapters had the opportunity to learn from world renowned speakers, attend a variety of empowering workshops, and spend time dedicated to working on their action plans for the upcoming school year.

CGTI and OS, Inc. continue to support and empower student leaders across the state of Illinois and beyond as they create positive change in their communities. Each OS Chapter and Leader that attends CGTI leaves feeling empowered, motivated, and ready to implement their action plan throughout their school and community.
