The Early Childhood Hub is here to help you with the joys and challenges of raising a child from birth to age 8.

We are Lane County's parenting resource hub, and an initiative of United Way of Lane County. The Early Childhood Hub of Lane County is here to help you with the joys and challenges of raising a child during the early years, from birth to age 6. We are your local hub for parenting & caregiving help, and your guide to the community’s free or low-cost opportunities for play and learning. We are here for all parents, caregivers, and those serving that vital role. This includes people of all racial and ethnic identities, sexual orientations, gender identities, countries of origin, belief systems, ages, and abilities. We place extra emphasis on serving the children and families furthest from opportunity.

United Way of Lane County and the Early Childhood Hub of Lane County are hiring for a full-time Resource Navigation Manager to join our team in Springfield, Oregon! This position will lead our newly established closed-loop navigation and referral system primarily serving families with children from prenatal to age 5.

The people behind Preschool Promise were once preschoolers, too!

Meet Eduardo, our Bilingual Marketing Coordinator.

As a child, Eduardo dreamed of making movies and loved finding creative ways to tell stories. He also spent hours drawing and painting every Disney cartoon character.

Today, Eduardo uses those same creative skills to help families find the support they need by creating clear, family-friendly information in English and Spanish.
