Seeing that change and growth was always the best part of any day. As I spent more time leading, mentoring, training — seeing positive change in new counselors and colleagues was equally rewarding. My favorite activity is teaching and training."

That's our Board President! ✨

✨ Meet Adriana Trino! In 2012, she became the first Latina to serve as Executive Director of the Latino Treatment Center . Her agency is the only one in Illinois to serve the Latino community in their client’s native Spanish language. Adriana is also the incoming Board of Directors President for the Illinois Certification Board ✨

As a Trailblazer, she was among the first to break barriers creating opportunities and inspiring future generations of Latinas to dream bigger and lead boldly. 💖

The Illinois Certification Board (ICB) is going through big changes right now! If you follow us on facebook or instagram, you may have seen the recent update to our website — but that’s not all that’s in the works.
 
ICB has sold our building, and we’re moving to the west side of Springfield!
 
Until the new office is finalized, the ICB team will be working remotely. Please keep in mind that ICB staff are doing everything they can to provide continuous service during the move, but you may experience some delays.
