ONE SLEEP until the first day of school! 📚✨🎉

After two weeks of in-service, our DCA teachers are officially ready to welcome students back tomorrow! They’ve spent the past two weeks preparing classrooms, planning, learning together, and getting everything ready for another year of learning, growth, and fun. We’re so grateful for the teachers who pour so much heart into our students and their classrooms. 💙

✨ Volunteer Highlight: Mike & Becky! ✨

If you’re around the Dream Center on a Tuesday, there’s a good chance you’ll see Mike and Becky somewhere in the mix! From helping at the front desk, to making Senior Box calls or carrying them out to cars,, to serving dinners, they’re always finding a way to jump in and care for others.

What stands out most isn’t all the things they do, it’s the way they do them. Mike and Becky are kind, caring, and deeply passionate about keeping people connected and making sure others feel seen and cared for.

We’re so grateful for this dynamic duo and the heart they bring with them every Tuesday. Thank you, Mike & Becky, for being the kind of volunteers who make the Dream Center feel a little more like home!❤️

Thanks to matching funding from FHLB Des Moines and a generous local bank partner, we're incredibly grateful for this investment in the Springfield Dream Center.

This gift allows us to respond quickly to the unexpected roof damage our facility sustained during April's hailstorm while keeping our focus where it belongs- serving children and families in our community without interruption. When emergencies happen, support like this ensures our programs can continue without missing a beat.

We're so thankful to FHLB Des Moines and our anonymous banking partner for helping us navigate an unexpected challenge. Your generosity is helping protect more than a roof, it's helping protect a place where hope, growth, and opportunity happen every day.
