🎉 Meet Our Faculty: Kimberly Costello

We're thrilled to welcome Kimberly Costello as faculty for MO PQC's Doula Integration Community of Practice!

Kimberly is CEO of The Doula Foundation of Mid-America and President of the Missouri Doula Association, where she leads statewide efforts to strengthen Missouri's maternal health workforce. With more than 30 years of nonprofit leadership experience, she's dedicated her career to bridging clinical care and community-based support for mothers, babies, and families across our state.

As Certified Trainer and Credentialing Director for Missouri's Perinatal Community Health Worker (PCHW) program, and a member of MHA's Maternal-Child Learning and Action Network, Kimberly brings deep expertise in workforce development, Medicaid implementation, and hospital-community collaboration. She also co-authored MHA's resource, Integrating Doula Care Into Clinical Care Settings.

We're grateful to have her guidance as we work together to integrate community-based doulas into maternal healthcare systems and improve outcomes for Missouri families. 💙
