Today is World Mental Health Day!

One of the best things we can do to share resources, eliminate stigma, and raise awareness, is continue to bring mental health to the forefront of our conversations.

It's okay to not be okay, and it's okay to need help. The more we acknowledge this, the easier it becomes for people to get the support they need. Our words can make people feel safe, seen, and understood. Keep the conversation going today!

This incredible group of Volunteer Staff will be working with CGTI over the next year to plan our events, support our youth participants at each level, and create opportunities for growth and collaboration across the state. Today is the World Day of Bullying Prevention!

Today, we wear blue to show solidarity and fight against bullying, cyberbullying, racism, homophobia, hatred, and discrimination. 1 in 5 students reports experiencing bullying. By standing up to hate and harassment, we can change the culture and save lives.

Together we can create communities that are inclusive, understanding, and joyful for everyone. Make an effort to today!

October is National Bullying Prevention Month!

We believe radical kindness - inclusion, empathy, connection, and courage - matter! 1 in 5 students reported in 2024 that they experienced bullying of some kind. We all have a choice. We can create positive environments for learning together, we can stand up to bullying instead of being bystanders, and we can create welcoming communities where joy and inclusion are prioritized.

Final Reminder: Leadership Team applications are due TODAY!

Leadership Team is a group of dedicated Volunteer Staff who work to plan and support CGTI events year-round and hold specific roles during in-person programming. The Leadership Team is open to Volunteer Staff with at least one year of experience that attended CGTI 2026.

Today is the DAY! 🏗

Mid-Year 2027 Priority Registration if officially OPEN! All CGTI 2026 attendees should have received step-by-step registration instructions via email from [email protected]. Make sure to check your junk and spam folders, but reach out if you are missing information!

As a reminder, Priority Registration is open for only CGTI 2026 attendees and Action Teams, who are currently implementing community action plans created this July. General Registration will open November 1.
