Rhett's Tree Service is doing an excellent job removing some dangerous trees from our property. We’re grateful to be able to tackle several major safety concerns, and while there is still more work to be done, this is a great start.

Every day at Compassion House, we see the impact of people choosing to give. A meal shared. A skill taught. A safe place to stay. A donation that keeps the lights on and the doors open.

The roof is complete, and we are so grateful.

But we still have one important safety project ahead of us.

Several large trees on our property have been identified as a safety concern and need to be removed. These trees pose a risk to the home, vehicles, and most importantly, the young moms and babies who live here.

We’re still working to raise the remaining funds needed to complete this project.

A huge thank you to the LWML Mid-South District Convention for choosing Compassion House as this year’s Gifts From the Heart recipient. 💜

Because of your generosity, we received diapers, wipes, baby items, and Walmart gift cards that will directly support the pregnant and parenting teens and their children who call Compassion House home.

We were also honored to have the opportunity to share about Compassion House during the convention. Thank you for welcoming us and for partnering with us to support young mothers across Arkansas.

We are so grateful for your kindness, generosity, and heart for serving others. 💜

It's finished! 🎉

Our new roof is officially complete, and we couldn't be more grateful. A huge thank you to JAD Homes, LLC for replacing the entire roof in just a day and a half. They gave us an incredible price, were professional, kind, and efficient from start to finish, and did outstanding work.

We are so thankful for everyone who helped make this project possible. Seeing this completed is a huge blessing for the young moms and babies who call Compassion House home.

Just two weeks ago today, we shared an urgent need.

Today, work on the Compassion House roof officially began.

We're amazed by how quickly our community rallied around this project. Every donation, share, prayer, and word of encouragement helped turn a need into action.

This old farmhouse has sheltered hundreds of young moms over the years. Today, we're making sure it can continue doing that for many years to come.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this possible.

As work continues, we're still raising funds to remove storm-damaged and hazardous trees around the property to help protect the home for years to come.

We'll share updates along the way, but today we're celebrating this milestone and the incredible generosity that made it happen.
