Stillbirth is more common than many people realize… and behind every statistic is a family forever changed. 🤍

At Butterflies & Birdies Foundation, we are committed to bringing awareness to pregnancy and infant loss.

In Ava’s case, a true knot in her umbilical cord changed everything. Her story is one of the many reasons we are passionate about funding CuddleCots for hospitals. These cooling bassinets allow families precious additional time with their babies to hold them, love them, take photos, create memories, and say goodbye.

These conversations are difficult, but they matter. Awareness matters. Support matters. Every baby matters. 🦋

From raising $195,000 at The Lone Star Legacy Gala to an incredible $251,500 at our Clay Shoot, we continue to be blown away by the generosity, support, and love poured into Butterflies & Birdies Foundation.

And we are not done yet 👏

Next up: our Golf Tournament at Augusta Pines Country Club this October. Every event, sponsorship, donation, and volunteer helps us continue supporting families experiencing pregnancy and infant loss while funding life changing initiatives in our communities.

SIDS — Sudden Infant Death Syndrome — is the sudden and unexplained loss of a seemingly healthy baby under the age of one, most often during sleep. While safe sleep practices can help reduce risk, thousands of families are still affected by this heartbreaking loss each year.

In memory of Clayton Bennett, Chap Robinson, Jordan Stapp, and every precious child gone too soon, we continue to advocate for awareness, remembrance, research, and support for grieving families everywhere.

Still trying to put into words what the clay shoot meant. 🤍

Because of this incredible community, the Butterflies & Birdies Foundation — Clay Shoot raised an outstanding $251,400 — the largest amount raised at any event in our foundation’s history.

Every sponsorship, every shooter, every volunteer, every donation, every prayer, and every person who showed up made a difference bigger than you may ever realize.

These funds will help us continue supporting families through Owlet Dream Socks, CuddleCots, and our fight with Congress to help get Owlets into the hands of every parent.
