🔎 WHAT WILL YOU FIND WHEN YOU START LOOKING?

Human trafficking awareness must go beyond knowing that trafficking exists.

We have to be willing to seek out knowledge.

At Warrior321, one of our goals is to become a trusted resource for our community—providing credible information, tangible resources, and pathways that help ordinary people better understand the systems that allow human exploitation to continue.

And you can start right on our website.

⚔️ Go to Warrior321.org
⚔️ Click RESOURCES
⚔️ Scroll to PROTECTION
⚔️ Click DOL List of Goods Produced by Child Labor or Forced Labor

That link takes you directly to research from the U.S. Department of Labor's Bureau of International Labor Affairs.

As of September 2024, its list identified 204 goods from 82 countries and areas that the Department has reason to believe are produced by child labor or forced labor in violation of international standards.

Then start looking.

Search the commodities.

Look at the countries.

Explore the industries and supply chains.

Follow the sources.

Ask questions.

What information will YOU find once you start looking?

This is what awareness looks like when it becomes action.

This is part of how we DETECT exploitation.

How we DISRUPT the systems that allow it to flourish.

And how, together, we work to DISMANTLE the corrupt systems that facilitate modern-day slavery.

Knowledge matters.

Because you cannot recognize what you have never learned to see.

SEEK OUT KNOWLEDGE.

📖 “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.”
— Hosea 4:6

You may be surprised by what you find.

⚔️ DETECT. DISRUPT. DISMANTLE.
🔴 NO MORE SILENCE.
AWARENESS IS ACTION.

🚨 TRAFFICKING DOESN’T STOP AT THE JAILHOUSE DOOR. 🚨

We talk a lot about how traffickers recruit online, in relationships, or through financial desperation.

But there’s another doorway they’re exploiting — the prison and jail system.

A recent investigation in Kentucky uncovered a disturbing scheme targeting vulnerable female inmates through the bond system, jail video calls, drug dependency, and financial control.

According to investigators, women were being introduced to a trafficker while still incarcerated. He would then post their bonds — creating a financial connection and dependency that was later used to facilitate their commercial s*xual exploitation.

Think about that.

A woman is already isolated.
She may be struggling with addiction.
She may have little money or support.
She may feel like she has nowhere to turn.

And someone comes along offering help.

But that “help” can come with a price.

This is why we have to understand that trafficking doesn't always look like kidnapping or someone being dragged into a vehicle.

Sometimes it looks like a bond being paid.
Sometimes it looks like a phone call.
Sometimes it looks like someone offering a way out.

And sometimes the person doing the recruiting isn't even the trafficker themselves — they're the bridge connecting a vulnerable person to exploitation.

⚠️ Vulnerability is what traffickers look for.

Addiction.
Isolation.
Financial hardship.
Lack of support.
Trauma.
Desperation.

These are not character flaws.

They are vulnerabilities that predators exploit.

At Warrior 321, we believe education is one of our strongest weapons.

We need to recognize the many ways traffickers are adapting, recruiting, and exploiting people — including populations we may never think of as trafficking targets.

Trafficking evolves.
So must our awareness.**

Detect. Disrupt. Dismantle.

Together, we can END Human Trafficking.

🚨 Human Trafficking Scheme Targeting Female Inmates Uncovered in Kentucky

A disturbing investigation in Madisonville, Kentucky has revealed a trafficking scheme that targeted vulnerable female inmates through the court bond system. According to police, Bryan Allison and Josie Crafton used bond money, jail communications and drug dependency to coerce women into commercial s*xual exploitation.

Detectives say Allison bonded out multiple female inmates, accumulating nearly 30,000 dollars in active bonds. Investigators later discovered that Crafton used jail video calls to introduce women to Allison, who then compensated her and bonded the women out for exploitation.

On July 29, officers stopped Allison during a traffic violation and arrested him and three women for suspected he**in possession. A search warrant at his home uncovered illicit drugs, a stolen fi***rm and trafficking‑related items. Crafton was later located with assistance from the Lexington Police Department.

Charges
• Bryan Allison: Human trafficking – commercial s*x activity
• Josie Crafton: Promoting human trafficking

The investigation remains active as detectives continue reviewing jail records, financial documents and inmate communications.

Exploitation thrives when offenders target people who are isolated, dependent or struggling with addiction. ATB stands with survivors and supports every effort to hold traffickers accountable and protect vulnerable women.

❤️ DON’T LET THEM FALL THROUGH THE CRACKS.

This visual from HCSO is one I hope we all remember.

They used red chalk to fill the cracks in the pavement—and it’s a powerful reminder of what can happen when people in our community are hurting and we assume someone else will notice.

Everyone is going through something.

We may not have the answers.
We may not know how to fix their situation.
But we can sit with them. Listen. Pay attention. And refuse to let them fall through the cracks.

Sometimes the person who needs help doesn’t know how to ask for it.

🚩 Know what to look for:

• Lack of freedom or control — someone who appears fearful, closely monitored, unable to speak for themselves, or whose identification is being held by someone else.

• Signs of coercion or exploitation — unexplained injuries, sudden behavioral changes, excessively long work hours, or living where they work.

• Offers that seem too good to be true — rushed or secretive promises of jobs, money, housing, or relationships, especially involving youth.

And remember: you don't have to be certain to care.

If something doesn’t seem right, trust your instincts and report it.
