A HUGE thank you to everyone who has stepped up & dropped off donations or paid for items to give to the fire victims we are helping including Jason and Crew @ Global Empowerment Mission with your generous donations. We have been able to bless so many people who have lost their homes and have been a traumatized by this devastation. We are doing daily deliveries and pick ups with custom care packages, blessed food boxes, drinks, hygiene boxes and household items to those affected on top of also providing all the meals for everyone who was displaced by the fires at the Convention Center. We were honored to bless amazing neighbors who stepped up as they were one of the only homes still standing making their home a hub for the neighbors to find community, prayers, resources, drinks and more. It was beautiful and we were honored to bless them.

We have been working tirelessly but grateful for the opportunities. We couldn't do this without our amazing community and your trust knowing we will always do the right thing with the blessings we get and will always strive to be a beacon of light and peace in our community.

A special thanks to Todd & Krista @ Integrity Remodeling who have stepped up in huge ways to help us provide important items like hazmat suits and gloves for families as they sift through the ashes of what was left of their homes and back to school backpacks to kids who lost everything or are in need. We are so grateful to have so many amazing friends and sponsors in our corner trying to step up when it's needed the most!

Unexpected blessings require help from the community we LOVE...In order to continue to bless even more victims of the fires we REALLY need pallet ** racks the heavy duty metal ones we can set up so we can stack pallets full of itemsto save space (6 in a perfect world, but anything is a blessing) asap so we can make room for an unexpected delivery next week. Please share and spread the word.

BLESSED BOXES!📦 🙌🫶🤍

Up early this morning to set up our booth!

Blessings and Beyond was proud to take part in building 1400 snack boxes for the Village of Care 2 day event at Liberty Park put on by Maji Rising! We created a snack box theme “sweet, crunchy and healthy”! We also donated over a 1000 drinks!

Thank you to Robert for delivering it all and Michelle Allen, Renee and our sweet volunteers who whipped these boxes up in just 3 hours.

I hope the event goes well!
It felt good to be a small part of something bigger!🤩

HOPE FOR THE FUTURE 🔥🌈

For the last 2 weeks we’ve been preparing and delivering meals to the evacuees at the Convention Center! Every day the numbers decreased as people heard the good news, you can go home!

But there are still close to 30 people left who lost everything or are in limbo.

While preparing an Asian theme last week I grabbed a fortune cookie! First one I opened it said this..

In a month many will forget about the fires.
In a month some will continue to raise funds, donate funds and help!
In a month some will still be grieving while some start rebuilding
In a month many will have new perspectives on life, faith and family!

I pray in a month that all those who were affected find some color in the ashes and begin to see that there is more to come!

We just received our first container as we will not stop collecting items!

This Friday, August 14, Candle in the Woods will be at Pacific Park providing breakfast and lunch for fire-affected families and those working hard to clean up our neighborhoods and sift through the ash.

Come take a break from the cleanup, bring the kids to enjoy the park, and share a nourishing meal with your community.

BLESSINGS FOR ASHES 🙏🔥

It has been a very bitter sweet week for our team and myself! While sooooo many are facing fear, shock, stress and anxiety we are trying to do what we can to help!

Since Monday, we’ve done close to 5000 meals for those staying at the Convention Center overseen by the American Red Cross. We’ve been trying to accommodate everyone from diabetics to vegetarians! Making meals that are hearty, fun and filling! Our entire team has worked 7 days straight preparing and delivering breakfast, lunch and dinner. They are truly amazing!

In between meals we’ve had so many blessings to support us and items for our blessed program which we do year round. Emergency and tragic circumstances is a huge part of it! There are so many to thank in just this week alone!

Today, Global Empowerment Mission arrived with pallets of kits of food and hygiene! Wow!

Northern Quest Resort & Casino who we love blessed us with unprepared food since Luke Bryan show was cancelled!

Numerica Credit Union who we also love has been filling Blessing Bottles with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry soap and more

Urm Cash & Carry overloaded us with 6 pallets of so much! Milk, juice, paper plates, spaghetti sauce, pastries, ribs, mac and cheese and too much to list!

Dūrātus Strength & Conditioning Stopped by to drop off collected items. Thank you so much!

A man riding back from Montana on his motorcycle heard about the fires and dropped by a huge tote of shoes!

We are missing tons more pics!

We are extremely beyond blessed! We’ve been serving the community for almost 20 years and I’m truly blessed by the continued ways God shows up!

We are grateful and blessed and we pray for everyone affected by this raging war. I ask covering over the fire fighters and favor on everyone who’s doing what they can to help!

We will continue meals for the next 10-14 days!!
