Girls on the Run is a place where girls can be themselves, find their people, and discover what happens when we build each other UP. Every practice is filled with movement, laughter, meaningful conversations, encouragement, and plenty of moments like this one. Because when girls know they belong, bold things happen.

The wait is OVER !! Girls on the Run Fall 2026 officially starts TODAY! 🎉

Across the Upstate, girls are coming together to move, laugh, connect, build confidence, and discover just how powerful their hearts can be.

This season, we’re saying Hello, Bold Heart! 💗 Here’s to new friendships, BIG goals, brave voices, plenty of joy, and a whole lot of Heart Power along the way.
