We will require payment at the door (cash or check). All participants must have the appropriate safety gear. Please read the flyer.

This course meets state requirements to obtain your NC Concealed Carry Permit. The course includes classroom instruction and time at an outdoor firing range.

Another scam to be aware of!

Attorney General Jeff Jackson is warning veterans about a scam offering monthly payments and free dental coverage through a “Veteran Savings Program.”

Be careful. If something looks odd, it probably is a scam.

Veterans: Be on the lookout for a scam targeting your mailbox.

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is warning Veterans about a postcard claiming you or your spouse may qualify for an extra $185 per month through a so-called “Veteran Savings Program.” While the postcard mentions legitimate programs like CHAMPVA and TRICARE For Life, it is not from VA.

If you call the number listed, scammers may pretend to be VA employees, thank you for your service, and then ask for personal information such as your Social Security number or bank account details.

Remember:
• Never share personal or financial information with unsolicited callers.
• Be cautious of anyone pressuring you to act quickly to avoid losing benefits.
• Always verify benefit information through VA’s official channels.

If you have questions about your VA benefits, contact VA using the phone numbers listed on the official VA website—not the number on the postcard.
