🍂 A chill in the air can mean difficult choices for our Moore County neighbors.

For households already struggling to afford groceries and bills, colder weather brings another expense: staying warm.

The Coalition’s Winter Warmth Campaign helps provide coats, blankets, and kerosene vouchers for neighbors who need support. Kerosene vouchers are available from November through March, helping households heat their homes during the colder months.

Our second annual S**g Dancing in the Pines is here, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

📍 The Fair Barn, Pinehurst
🕠 Doors open at 5:30 p.m.
🎶 Event runs from 6–10 p.m.

Get ready for live music by Band Of Oz, a buffet dinner from Embers BBQ, and an evening of dancing in support of the Coalition and our Moore County neighbors.

Feeling festive? Our costume contest features $150 prizes for Best Couple, Best Individual, and Most Original, generously donated by Moore Area S**g Society! Costumes are encouraged, but never required.

🧥 COATS & BLANKETS: New or gently used! Something sitting in your closet could mean the world to someone else.

🧤 HATS, GLOVES & SOCKS: Little things that make a BIG difference when temperatures drop.

💵 FINANCIAL DONATIONS: Every dollar helps provide hope and assistance to neighbors in need.

A new packing record: 260 pantry essentials kits! 🎉

A big thank you to the Pinecrest High School Key Club for bringing their energy and teamwork to the Coalition and setting a new record!

Each family who visits the Coalition for food support receives a pantry essentials kit alongside fresh food items, including meat, fruit, and vegetables. We provide 600 to 700 of these kits each month, filled with items we purchase directly from the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina .

Community financial support makes those purchases possible, and volunteers like these students help us get everything packed and ready for our neighbors.

Thank you to the Pinecrest High School Key Club and everyone whose generosity helps keep the Coalition’s pantry stocked! ❤️
