South Glens Falls Girls Softball Welcome to SGF Girls Softball! Our goal is to teach them how to play as part of a team, and as a good sport.

The South Glens Falls Girls Softball League is dedicated to providing girls between the age of 5 to 12, with an opportunity to participate in competitive sports. We strive to maintain that recreation softball is a game, and that having a good experience is the most important part of participation.

Are you a parent who's been contemplating travel and just don't know what age group your daughter falls into for the upcoming SGF Lady Bulldogs try-outs? 🤔 Have you been wondering how to determine the right age category for your child to participate in? Check out the chart below and match your child's birthdate to see what age level they can play at. This will ensure they're playing with kids their own age and having the best experience possible!

The SGF Lady Bulldogs will be finalizing try-out dates soon and be posting the details on our page, so stay tuned! 📣 We want our coaches to enjoy their season and girls that they have trained so hard for!
