Recently, Glens Falls city officials welcomed students from Saga, Japan, continuing a sister-city exchange that city leaders said has connected the communities for 38 years. The city said each student received a swag bag with local items including a Glens Falls Dragons baseball hat, a balloon ornament and the book Colorworld by Glens Falls author, artist and illustrator Anthony Richichi.
