We have exciting news! Cross Community has been awarded a Capacity Building Challenge Grant from the Community Foundation of St. Joseph County.

This grant will strengthen our ability to serve more families through affordable housing, financial literacy, homeownership education, youth programming, and community development. But there’s one catch—we must raise a $14,000 match to unlock the full grant.

💚 The good news? We’ve already reached 50% of our goal!

Now we’re asking our friends, supporters, partners, and neighbors to help us get across the finish line. Every gift—large or small—moves us one step closer to expanding our impact throughout our community.

Congratulations Graduates! 🎓 We are proud to celebrate the graduates who successfully completed our Summer Cohort of the Cross Community Homebuyers Financial Literacy Program!

Over the past two months, these participants invested in their future by learning about budgeting, credit, mortgage lending, home maintenance, down payment assistance, and the homebuying process. We are especially excited that many of our graduates are now ready to take the next step toward homeownership!

A heartfelt thank you to our outstanding presenters, community partners, and volunteers who shared their expertise and encouraged our participants throughout this journey.
