We’re pleased to share a new opportunity to support children at Pandravedu Orphanage in India through World's Children.

Pandravedu provides a safe home and education for children who are unable to remain with their families due to loss of parents, lack of guardians, or significant economic and health challenges.

World's Children has partnered with Pandravedu for many years, including support for capital projects that improved the facility. Recent infrastructure and communication upgrades now allow for closer coordination and the launch of a Child Sponsorship program.

For $39 per month, sponsors help support all children at Pandravedu. Funds are pooled to provide shelter, meals, clothing, school fees, school supplies, and hygiene essentials.

Please consider sponsoring a child to give them a brighter future (click link in comments to donate). Thank you for your support!

We’re excited to launch our new Sponsor a Classroom program at Saviour King Education Center in Kibera, Kenya.

After part of the school was demolished to make way for a nearby highway, the community rebuilt stronger than before. Today, Saviour King continues to provide students with safety, education, meals, and healthcare.

For some children, the meals they receive at school are the only reliable meals they eat each day.

For $50 per month, you can help provide classroom supplies, improve learning spaces, AND support two daily meals for students.

Will you partner with us as a monthly sponsor to provide meals and educational supplies for over 600 children in Kenya?

There's a whole lot of excitement in this photo, and it's not only because of the matching tracksuits.

These kids have full stomachs, genuine care, educational opportunities, and emotional support. All of this comes from the local programs we support around the world.

We are happy to be a part of providing happy moments for children in need, and invite you to join us.

Dorper sheep have arrived at Macecall Family Home through our ongoing partnership.

They will help provide milk for the children, support future growth through breeding, and create an additional source of income for the home.

This is one of several ways World's Children's partners are working toward sustainability—finding practical, locally-led solutions to help meet daily needs more consistently.

We’re grateful for the continued relationship we have with Macecall and the thoughtful ways they are working toward long-term stability for the children in their community.

At Garden of Eden Children’s Home in Kenya, caring for sick children was difficult; beds needed to be shifted, schedules re-arranged, with no places for children to isolate and get well.

Staff were also sharing sleeping spaces with the children, making care more difficult when illness spread.

Through your support, a new sick bay and separate staff housing are now in place—creating a space for children to rest and recover, and for staff to provide care more effectively.

We're grateful for partnerships that continue to meet real needs. Thank you.

In Hyderabad, India, Uttam and Shobha Kumar’s lives as social workers took a powerful turn when they encountered a starving child in need and opened their home to her.

What began with one child quickly grew as they continued to welcome others, eventually opening a small shelter for vulnerable children.

Since 2010, World’s Children has partnered with the Kumars, who at the time were caring for around 50 children without a permanent space. With donor support, a four-story home was completed in 2012, providing stability and a lasting place of care: an orphanage called Balavikasitha.

Today, nearly 100 children are supported across two homes, continuing a work that has grown through compassion, commitment, and stability. We are grateful for our long-standing partnership with Uttam and Shobha and the lasting impact it continues to make.

We’d like to introduce a young leader and good friend who is making a real difference in his community.

“My name is Patrick, and I grew up in Rwanda. A sponsored child myself, I’ve always wanted to give back and serve people.”

While studying in Nebraska, he joined Rwanda Future Builders, a small initiative at the time serving children in rural Ruhango in Rwanda. A couple years later, he returned to Rwanda, and with the help of World’s Children, the work grew from about 20 families to more than 100 families being supported.

“RFB’s partnership with World's Children came as a big answer to our prayers.”

“With the partnership we’ve been able to multiply the impact to more families, from scholarships and mentorships to food sustainability programs.”

“We are very grateful for World's Children.”

Patrick, we are especially appreciative of your leadership, care, and commitment. We are proud to partner with you in this work.

Last week, we shared a simple but important need—
a washing machine for Mab’s Haven.

YOU MET THE NEED--that same day.

It’s a practical item that will make daily life much more manageable for the Mab's Haven community.

We’re continually reminded how quickly and thoughtfully our supporters shows up—not just once, but again and again.

Thank you for being part of it.

At Mab’s Haven in Zambia, something as simple as laundry takes hours.

Because of your support, this home has grown—welcoming more girls coming from vulnerable situations on the streets. But with that growth comes new, everyday needs.

Right now, all clothing is washed by hand.

As more girls move into the home, the volume of laundry has increased significantly—taking time and energy away from school, rest, and daily life.

A washing machine would make daily life more manageable. It would ease the daily workload and help this home run more smoothly as it continues to grow.

The total cost—including import taxes and fees—is $1,186. Every gift helps meet this need.

Will you help lighten the 'laundry' load at Mab’s Haven?

Who can resist fluffy baby chicks?! We certainly can't, and neither can this smart little girl at Nueva Creacion in Mulege, Mexico.

She knows that they will quickly become full-grown hens which will provide her and her family with eggs to sell in the community for additional income support, as well as a delicious protein source to grow her healthy and strong.

Here's to happy kids, fluffy chicks, and sustainable practices that we at World's Children are proud to support around the world.
