We believe that food is medicine, so we prepare and deliver nutritious meals that support healing for people recovering from acute health issues. etween nutrition and healing, we support families facing a health crisis with healthy, organic meals. After 5 years we have served 70,000 meals to our neighbors in 50 towns around greater Hartford county to 1100 clients. What does community partnership look like?

It looks like leaders rolling up their sleeves, putting on an apron, and joining volunteers in the kitchen.

As we celebrate 10 years of Healing Meals Community Project, we're grateful for partners like Connecticare, whose support extends far beyond sponsorship. Through both financial investment and hands-on volunteerism, they help make it possible for neighbors facing health challenges to receive nourishing meals and compassionate care.

This photo captures what makes our community so special: people coming together to care for one another.

Today, we're sharing a special message from ConnectiCare President Mark Meador in our newsletter, reflecting on our partnership and the impact we've built together over the past decade.

For 10 years, this community has shown what is possible when people come together with compassion and purpose.

Together, we've delivered more than 250,000 meals, engaged 800+ youth volunteers, and built a community where care is shared one meal, one volunteer, and one neighbor at a time.

As we celebrate this milestone year, we invite you to join us at our Made With Love 10th Anniversary Benefit on June 23.

Get your tickets today and help shape the next 10 years. https://loom.ly/iLjGB2Y
