JUNE 2026: The Simsbury-Granby Rotary Club recently awarded $35,000 in college scholarships to deserving Granby and Simsbury high school graduates.
Scholarship winners:
Bellamy Posson $12,000
Sarah Kowal $4,000
Ariana Najaf $2,500
Margaret Curtin $4,000
Vivian Peterson $4,000
Naimah Dieme $2,000
Amelie Corriveau $2,500
Kimberly Tetreault $4,000
Additionally, two $1,500 Elmer Vincent Scholarships were awarded to Simsbury High School students, Giuliano Sirianni and Naimah Dieme

Simsbury - Granby Rotary Club Announces 2026 Scholarships. The Rotary Club of Simsbury - Granby will award nine scholarships totaling $38,000 in June. The academic scholarships are awarded to Seniors in Simsbury and Granby High Schools. An “Ed Dodge” Memorial Scholarship in the amount of $12,000 will be awarded to a Senior student from either Simsbury or Granby High School. Four Rotary Scholarships in the amount of $4,000 each will be awarded to two Seniors from Simsbury High School and two from Granby High School. Two Vocational Scholarship in the amount of $3,500 each will be given to two residents from Simsbury or Granby. Two Elmer Vincent Sports Award Scholarships in the amount of $1,500 each will be given to two students from Simsbury High School. The deadline for the academic scholarships is April 24.
