This Monday, August 24th, at 7pm at the Simsbury Public Library, Furey Performance Counseling will be offering a free interactive workshop for parents on how to help their young athlete build confidence and mental toughness. The workshop will take place in the Friends of the Library Program Room and will include a free 2-page quick guide for parents. Please consider attending to hear from Mike about how to better support and motivate your young athlete!

Reminder that registration for fall baseball and softball closes this Friday!

Registration is open to residents of Simsbury and players who attend school in Simsbury. We are also accepting players whose hometown little league does NOT offer a fall program!

Fall baseball and softball is offered for baseball ages 8-12 and softball ages 7-14.

Tough loss for the kids last night as they fell 7-4 to Trumbull. They will play East Lyme tomorrow, 7/28, at 6:30pm on Field 5 at Memorial Park (weather permitting). We appreciate all the support that the community has given the 10U All-Stars so far in the tournament and hope to see many of you again tomorrow to cheer them on for a chance at a rematch with Trumbull later this week for the state title!

Congrats to the 10U All-Stars for an incredible win tonight against East Lyme! Trailing 4-0 going into the bottom of the 5th, they were able to score 3 runs in the bottom of the 5th and 2 runs in the bottom of the 6th to walk it off! Thank you to everyone who came out tonight for making the atmosphere so great! Game 2 is tomorrow night at 5:30pm!

CT State Final Four Begins Tomorrow Night!

Let's help our SLL 10-year-olds bring a state championship banner to Simsbury for the first time since 1998!

Simsbury Little League has the privilege and honor of hosting the Final Four at Field 5. The tournament starts tomorrow night at 5:30 for Trumbull and Wethersfield, with Simsbury playing East Lyme in the nightcap at 7:30.

The Final Four is overseen by the CT State Little League organization and state rules will be strictly enforced, including prohibitions against (1) alcohol and to***co; (2) pets; (3) and artificial noise makers like cowbells and airhorns.

We look forward to showcasing not only our 10-year-old team but our community, organization and facilities over the next week.

Congratulations to our 12u Baseball All Stars for winning the CT District 6 Championship! They fell to West Hartford originally in the winners bracket but fought their way back by first defeating Burlington and then West Hartford twice to clinch the title! They now move on to the CT Section 1 Tournament next weekend!
