The Simsbury Babe Ruth 2026 Summer registration for To***co Valley is open for players born between 5/1/2009 - 8/31/2013

Cost is $260 (+ fee) for the season.

Details

Players from any CT town are welcome to sign-up directly with SBR.
Any towns looking to keep their players together will need to have a Coach volunteer to guarantee those players will be kept together
Player evaluations may be scheduled in Mid June - given the heavy vacation season the league may skip evaluations for Summer
No cuts - Evaluations are used to make balanced teams - every player makes a team!
Team Formations targeting week of 6/15
Pre-Season Practices to start week of ~6/19 (TBC)
Regular season will start Sat 6/27 (TBC)
During the Regular Season each team will have
2 to 3 games per week
1 to 2 practices per week
SBR Teams will play in the To***co Valley League
Games will be played in Simsbury and surrounding towns
Championship will be played weekend of 8/1 (TBC)

Babe Ruth League Day is taking place at Yankee Stadium on August 9, 2026, as the New York Yankees take on the Atlanta Braves!

Before the first pitch, players will have the unforgettable opportunity to parade on the field—a true big-league experience. Parade spots are first-come, first-served, and to maximize participation, each player ticket purchased may be accompanied by one guest on the field.

Regular season will start Sat 4/25 (TBC)
During the Regular Season each team will have
2 to 3 games per week
1 to 2 practices per week
SBR Teams will play in the To***co Valley League
Majority of games will be in Simsbury; however, each team may play several away games in surrounding towns
This season SBR is partnering with the Miracle League - each team will have one day to volunteer to support the Miracle League players enjoy a day of baseball!
