Thank you to Eileen Ferree who spoke to our Kiwanis Club today. Eileen serves as an MRC (Medical Reserve Corps) Coordinator at the Sidney-Shelby County Health Department. She recruits, trains, and deploys volunteers to assist with public health and emergency preparedness. The department is committed to providing essential public health services and fostering a safe, healthy community.

Thank you to everyone who participated in the OSU football raffle by buying and/or selling tickets or promoting the fundraiser.
The lucky winner of a pair of season tickets is Paul Cucini of Lewis Center Ohio.
The Kiwanis Club of Sidney sold 654 tickets and therefore kept just under $2000 for our community. Together we build and Go Bucks.

A holiday tradition continues! The Kiwanis 73rd Annual Labor Day Chicken BBQ will be held Monday, September 7 from 11:00am-2:00pm at the Shelby County Fairgrounds. Drive-thru, dine-in, or delivery is available. To arrange delivery, please contact [email protected]. All proceeds benefit the children of Sidney and Shelby County. Tickets are available from any Kiwanis member.

Many thanks to Sol Azteca Mexican Grill and Cantina for contributing 10% of their proceeds on July 23rd to our Kiwanis club. Sol Azteca takes pride in providing great customer service and the best authentic Mexican food in Sidney. Sol Azteca is open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and until 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. They are located at 1306 Wapakoneta Ave in Sidney.
