Kickoff your Holiday Weekend by taking a walk or run along the Canal Feeder Trail behind Graceland Cemetery Friday, July 3rd at 6:30 PM and help raise support for the Shelby County Animal Rescue Foundation!

You can walk, jog, or run through the park & furry friends are encouraged to join! Funds from the 5k directly support SCARF's mission to vaccinate shelter pets from the Bob Sargeant & Family Shelby County Animal Shelter. We know that happy healthy pets are more adoptable and that vaccinations prevent the spread of deadly diseases such as Parvo from decimating the animals in our shelter. If bringing a canine, retractable leashes are not permitted. Please ensure that your canine is current on their vaccinations.

T-shirts will also be given to the first 75 people who check in the day of the event!

If you are free, please consider joining us for the Fourth of July Homecoming celebration for America 250 at the Shelby County Fairgrounds! Gates will be open at 8AM and the festivities will run all day long!
