🏌️‍♂️⛳ 31st Annual Sprinkler Fitters Local 417 Golf Tournament! ⛳🏌️‍♀️

Last weekend, we celebrated another successful year of our Annual Sprinkler Fitters Local 417 Golf Tournament, and what a turnout! With 27 teams and more than 112 members, friends, vendors, and supporters, we had our biggest turnout yet!

Even a little morning rain couldn’t slow us down! 🌧️➡️☀️

A huge THANK YOU to all of our sponsors! Your continued support helps make this event possible, and we truly appreciate your partnership and generosity.

We’d also like to give a special shoutout to our incredible volunteers: Trinidad J. Uribe III, Matt Herman, Jason Lindstrom, Les Bergh, Dan Feiner, and Victor Bazan! Thank you for rolling around in golf carts, capturing photos, keeping our golfers entertained, helping wherever needed, and most importantly, giving your time to make the day a success. We appreciate you more than you know!

This week, Business Manager/Financial Secretary-Treasurer of Sprinkler Fitters Local 417 and President of the USA Sprinkler Fitters Association, Brother Trinidad J. Uribe III, had the tremendous honor and privilege of seconding the nomination to re-elect Brother Derrick Kualapai as General Secretary-Treasurer of the United Association.

Not only did Trinidad deliver an incredible speech on behalf of Brother Kualapai, but he was also selected to serve as Chair of the Credentials Committee for the UA’s 41st General Convention. What an incredible honor and a testament to his leadership, dedication, and commitment to the United Association and our membership.

Congratulations to all of the officers who were elected and re-elected, and a very special congratulations to Brother Trinidad on this well-deserved recognition and opportunity to serve as Chair of the Credentials Committee.

We are incredibly proud to see Local 417 represented at this level. Congratulations, Brother Trinidad! 👏🏼

Last night, we celebrated the hard work, dedication, and grit of our sprinkler fitter apprentices. Countless hours of training, early mornings, long days, and hands-on learning have led to this moment.

You’ve built more than skills. You’ve built a future, a brotherhood, and a career to be proud of. The trade needs hardworking people like you, and this is only the beginning.

Congratulations to our 2026 graduating apprentices! Your commitment and perseverance paid off. Wishing you continued success and safe work ahead!
