☀️ Summer goes by fast and we want our team to enjoy it, too. ☀️

Starting now through Labor Day, our office and request form will close Fridays at 12:00 PM and reopen Monday mornings at 8:00 AM. This gives our staff additional time to rest, recharge, and enjoy the summer season.

All scheduled classes will continue as planned during this time. In-person office hours are available by appointment only.

Big congratulations to our newly certified doulas from Northeastern Minnesota!

We are so proud of the time, heart, and dedication each of you poured into your training journey. Families across Northeastern Minnesota will be impacted by the compassionate support, advocacy, and education you now bring into your communities.

As part of continued learning, our Northeastern doulas also had the opportunity to train with Addy Caldwell this week for a special Reflexology for Birth training — gaining additional skills to support comfort, connection, and care during pregnancy and birth.

We believe every family deserves access to support, education, and resources — no matter their income, insurance, or background.

Most of our classes are available at no cost for families on Minnesota state-funded insurance, and we work hard to keep self-pay pricing affordable and accessible for everyone.

Because confidence in pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and parenting shouldn’t be a luxury.
