As a culmination to their one Knowledge unit, Mrs. Jones and her students created a classroom constitution, talked about the pledge of allegiance, patriotic songs, and entered an art contest celebrating America’s 250th birthday this summer. Two of her students won! Please congratulate Lyla Boyd and Harper Foltz on these final days of school.

Girls on the Run at Carroll Elementary is collecting donations to support Speranza Animal Rescue, as part of their community impact project! They are collecting soft treats, squeaky toys, and durable toys. No rawhides, please!
Students can find collection boxes located around the school. Donations will be accepted up until the last day of school! We appreciate you considering to support Girls on the Run and helping us make a difference in out community!

West Perry PTO’s along with a few other dedicated volunteers have started collecting clothing donations to benefit students returning to school this Fall.

We are asking for:
-New or Gently used clothing
-Sizes 4T to Adult Plus
-School appropriate
-packaged underclothes and socks
-New or new looking shoes, esp. sneakers

Donations will support any student in Perry County!

**Deadline to donate is July 24th.**
