PTO Officer Nominations

PTO is taking nominations for next school year 26-27 officers. There is a brief explanation of duties expected by officers below. You can nominate yourself or someone else and we will check to make sure you accept that nomination before proceeding with the election. To vote in the election you do have to be a current PTO member or school staff member. Email us with any questions! Offices are held for one year starting July 1, 2026. [email protected]

The PTO President serves as the leader of the group and a key contact for members, officers and constituents. The President presides at all meetings and events and ensures all efforts are being directed toward meeting the group’s goals and objectives.

The PTO vice President is there to assist the President and step in at meetings or events for the President or work along with the President.

The PTO Treasurer is responsible for all funds that pass through the organization’s doors. This includes money collected at events and fundraisers as well as the disbursement of funds. The treasurer is also responsible for ensuring accurate bookkeeping and submitting all necessary forms and reports to school board.

The PTO Secretary maintains the group’s calendar of events and keeps a log of important notes from all general meetings. Maintaining an accurate history of key points discussed at each meeting is vital to keeping communication open and transparent.

All officers work together to make decisions for our school and also work with our PTO volunteers. Unfortunately we realized too late that our wheel from earlier had so many spots and instead of notifying us, it just deleted entries. So those who were not on the first drawing were entered into this wheel…congratulations Ms. Allred! Your gift card will be at the school on monday!
