A colleague said, "Mollie demonstrated her CliftonStrengths Arranger talent at iLEAD Academy by skillfully coordinating panelists, managing logistics, and designing a seamless structure for the day’s senior defenses and showcases of learning for students in grades 9–11. She naturally balanced multiple moving parts, aligned people’s strengths and schedules, and adapted in real time to ensure the experience was both organized and meaningful. Her ability to orchestrate complex details while keeping the broader purpose in focus created an environment where students, panelists, and staff could engage fully in the learning process.
