Seeds of Growth 🌱

This simple request is what its all about in ministry. Too often we get caught up in the hustle of life. The schedules, meetings, activities, and programming. Counting the numbers. And all the while God simply asks, did you love someone today? Did you show them my love? Did you take the time to smile at someone, say hello, ask them how everything's going, speak encouragment and life, give them a hug, pray over them? Did you take a moment to step away from all the distractions, and minister to my people today?

This is truly what its all about. The mindset I try to instill in our staff and volunteers, because it truly is what makes all the difference in the world. Its how we build Gods kingdom. I want to receive that word someday when I stand before the Lord, "Well done! Thy good and faithful servant." 🤲 I pray this would be the heart of Gods people, the heart of His church.

Seeds of Encouragment 🌱
Sometimes it’s so easy for us to get caught up in the storm, to see those thick clouds rolling in and forget that the sun was just shining. And isn’t that a perfect representation of our relationship with God. Things go wrong and we think “why me?!” Or “not again!”, instead of remembering how faithful our God is 🙌🏻
God tells us he will never leave us nor forsake us! He is always right there on the other side of that struggle, on the other side of the valley, just behind the storm clouds! If you’ve been caught up in a storm lately, feeling discouraged and alone, feeling like there’s no way out I want you to remember, God is always there, even when it doesn’t feel like it, He’s right there waiting for you to turn around and come back just like the sun is still shining behind the storm clouds
