🌟 LEGACY LEADER LUNCHEON 🌟

Leadership Sevier was honored to recognize Stephanie Huskey (LT Class of 2012 & LS Class of 2021) at our Legacy Leader Luncheon - an extraordinary leader whose dedication to education and service has left a lasting impact on Sevier County and the next generation of leaders.

A seventh-generation Sevier Countian, Stephanie devoted 33 years to serving students, educators, and families throughout our community. From her early days as a classroom teacher to becoming the first female principal of Sevier County High School and later serving as Director of Schools, Stephanie has been a trailblazer in education and an inspiration to countless young leaders.

Throughout her career, Stephanie has remained passionate about creating opportunities for students to learn, grow, and succeed. Her commitment to building strong relationships, encouraging excellence, and investing in the potential of every student has helped shape generations of future leaders in Sevier County. Her influence extends far beyond the classroom, leaving a legacy that will continue to strengthen our community for years to come.

We are grateful to celebrate Stephanie and thank her for her unwavering dedication, leadership, and commitment to the future of Sevier County. We also extend our sincere thanks to Gatlinburg Golf Course for hosting us!

Thank you, Stephanie, for helping shape the leaders of tomorrow! 💚

What a day with the Leadership Sevier Class
of 2026!🚑🚒🚔🚨

Today’s Law Enforcement & Emergency Response Day gave our class a firsthand look at the people, teamwork, and operations that help keep Sevier County safe every single day.

From conversations with our local fire chiefs, police chiefs, sheriff, and emergency response leaders, to learning more about E911 & EMS operations, watching fire and police rescue demonstrations, and ending the afternoon at the firing range, our class had the opportunity to see so many sides of public safety in our community.

A huge THANK YOU to all of the law enforcement officers, firefighters, EMS professionals, emergency management personnel, and community partners who took the time to educate our class, answer questions, and give us a behind-the-scenes look at what they do. We have an incredible group of men and women serving Sevier County, and we are so grateful for them! Also, thank you to for breakfast, for lunch, for an afternoon pick-me-up, and for a sweet treat!

Days like today are exactly what Leadership Sevier is all about - introduce. inform. inspire. involve.

🌟 LEGACY LEADER LUNCHEON 🌟

Leadership Sevier was honored to recognize John McClure (LS Class of 1999) and Kevin McClure (LT Class of 2005) at our September Legacy Leader Luncheon- two generations of leaders whose service has made a lasting impact on Sevier County.

John has spent decades serving our community through business, education, civic leadership, charitable organizations, and 36 years on the Sevier County School Board. His legacy is one of hard work, generosity, and service.

Kevin has continued that tradition through his career with the Sevier County Board of Education and more than 20 years of service on the Pigeon Forge City Council, where he now serves as Mayor.

In their honor, the book “The Energy Bus for Kids” was donated to the Pigeon Forge Public Library, helping share lessons of positivity and leadership with the next generation.

We are grateful to celebrate John and Kevin and thank them for their continued leadership, service, and dedication to Sevier County. We also extend our sincere thanks to LeConte Center for hosting us.
