Our next ⭐️ GOLDEN STEWARDS ⭐️ meetup is Wednesday, May 27!

If you're an adult 60 and older that wants to make a difference in our community while staying physically active, socially connected, and purpose-driven, Golden Stewards of Sevier is for you!

Let's "Bloom Together!" 🌸

How are YOU celebrating America's 250th anniversary? 🇺🇸🎉

Earlier this year, Keep Sevier Beautiful launched the "50 for 250" cleanup campgain — a community-wide effort to remove 50,000 pounds of litter from our county in honor of America's 250th anniversary!

Together, we can celebrate this historic milestone by giving back to the place we call home.

Join us as we clean, restore, and protect Sevier County — one pound at a time — and make a lasting impact for generations to come!

Tomorrow is Good Neighbor Day America — and there’s no better way to celebrate than by taking action for our community and environment together. 🌎💚

Keep Sevier Beautiful is excited to launch our new litter pickup initiative:

🌱Community Cleanup Corps 🌱

The Community Cleanup Corps gives YOU the opportunity to make a difference on your own schedule. Whether you pick up litter on your street, at a park, along a trail, or anywhere in Sevier County, you can now report your cleanup results directly to Keep Sevier Beautiful so your efforts are counted toward our community’s total environmental impact!

Every bag collected, every mile cleaned, and every volunteer hour makes a difference.

Together, we can show what happens when neighbors come together for good. 💪✨

So gather your family and friends, grab a bag, and report your cleanup results at https://form.jotform.com/261305571286053.

📣 Please join us in giving a shout-out to volunteers Heidi, Mark, and Drew! These dedicated individuals literally blew it away today during our Big Creek Campground Cleanup in Great Smoky Mountains National Park! Way to go! 💪

We also extend our deepest thanks to Roger, our leader from the National Park, for providing this opportunity and ensuring a great experience!

This small group represents several entities that came together to make a difference in a time of need, including Save Our Smokies, Inc, American Conservation Experience, and of course, members of the community! We do better together! 💚

Our Program Coordinator Logan couldn't think of a better way to celebrate their birthday than with service! 🎉

The moment has arrived. 🇺🇸♻️

Today, Keep America Beautiful is proud to share years of work, data, partnerships, and preparation with the country. The message is clear: visible litter is down across America, momentum is building, and this movement is making a difference.

But the work is far from over.

Every cleanup, every volunteer hour, every student educated, and every piece of litter picked up helps create a cleaner, more beautiful Sevier County for all of us. Together, we are proving that small actions lead to big change.

Help Keep Sevier Beautiful continue this movement by volunteering, donating, spreading awareness, and being part of the solution. When communities come together, we make an impact that lasts for generations. 💚

Keep America Beautiful’s 2026 National Litter Study shows visible litter has declined, but 35 billion pieces still remain in parks, waterways, and public spaces across the nation.
