Mountain Hope Good Shepherd Clinic, Inc. We provide quality healthcare for the medically uninsured who live or work in Sevier County, TN.

Our mission is to provide quality healthcare for the medically uninsured who live or work in Sevier County. The Clinic was founded to reflect the life and Biblical teachings of Jesus Christ. The providers at Mountain Hope Good Shepherd Clinic treat patients in need of primary medical care, dental care and behavioral care. Another vitally important service provided by Mountain Hope Good Shepherd Clinic is the medication assistance program, providing access to affordable medications for chronic diseases. Patients are charged based on a sliding fee using the Federal Poverty Level for services provided and no one is refused care if unable to pay.

🎀 Wearing Pink, Standing Together, Celebrating Strength!

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and this past Friday, the Mountain Hope Good Shepherd Clinic team proudly wore pink across our three clinic locations to show our support for breast cancer awareness, early detection and the incredible strength of those affected by this disease.

💗 We celebrate the survivors, honor those we have lost and stand beside those who are still fighting. Every journey is different, but every story deserves to be met with compassion, encouragement and hope.

Our hearts are especially full as we recognize one very special survivor right here within our Mountain Hope family. Someone we all love dearly, whose strength, courage and beautiful spirit mean more to us than words can express. You know who you are, and we hope you know just how much you are loved! 💕

Breast Cancer Awareness Month is also an important reminder that early detection saves lives. Routine mammograms, recommended screenings and knowing your body can make a life-changing difference.

From our Prince Street clinic in Sevierville to our Gatlinburg and Winfield Dunn Parkway locations, our teams came together in pink to honor the fighters, celebrate the survivors and remember everyone whose life has been touched by breast cancer.

It's a new week, and Mountain Hope's Mobile Medical Clinic is heading back into the community, bringing quality healthcare directly to uninsured people who live or work in Sevier County!

This week, Hope in Motion will be making stops in Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Kodak, helping make healthcare more accessible for individuals and families throughout our community.

Our Mobile Medical Clinic provides medical care, screenings and referrals plus connections to valuable community resources. Whether you need medical attention or help connecting with additional services, we're here for you!

💗 Friday Feel-Good: Community Supporting Community!

Virginia Lawrence, owner of Statemint Sevierville, stopped by our Prince Street clinic to present Mountain Hope Good Shepherd Clinic with a $2,500 donation from the Charity Presale held during Statemint Sevierville’s recent sale. 100% of ticket sales from the Charity Presale came back to Mountain Hope!

Statemint Sevierville is a local pop-up consignment event where shoppers can find quality women’s and men’s clothing, shoes, handbags, jewelry and accessories while giving great pieces a second life.

And shoppers can already mark their calendars! Statemint Sevierville’s next sale is April 14–17, 2027, at The Ridge Events Center.

We are incredibly grateful to Virginia and everyone who purchased a Charity Presale ticket for believing in our mission. Support from community partners like Statemint Sevierville allows Mountain Hope to continue providing quality medical, dental and behavioral healthcare to the uninsured who live or work in Sevier County.

Please join us in welcoming Federico Jimenez, our new Mobile Clinic Associate, to Mountain Hope Good Shepherd Clinic!

Federico will be one of the friendly faces you see throughout Sevier County aboard our second mobile medical clinic as we expand access to healthcare for uninsured people who live or work in our community.
⠀
His connection to Mountain Hope began as a volunteer interpreter at our Winfield Dunn Parkway location, just a mile from his home. Drawn to our mission, Federico says he enjoys serving others with faith, passion and empathy because access to good healthcare is vital for those who are underserved.

Originally from the Bronx, Federico spent much of his adult life in Chicago and the Tampa Bay area before making East Tennessee his home nearly nine years ago. When he is not serving our community, he enjoys time with his family and pets, attending church and exploring the Smoky Mountains. 🏔️

We are grateful Federico chose to continue his journey with Mountain Hope and excited to have his heart for service helping us bring Hope in Motion to communities across Sevier County!

Breast Cancer Awareness Month is an important reminder that taking care of our health starts with making time for it.

This October, Mountain Hope Good Shepherd Clinic is putting a special focus on women’s health as part of our upcoming Diabetes + Women’s Health Fair.

Join us October 22–23 at our Sevierville clinic for free health screenings, limited lab work, vaccinations available from the Sevier County Health Department, community resources from local agencies and more.

Domestic violence can affect anyone, regardless of age, background or circumstance. This month, we stand with survivors, honor those whose lives have been impacted and help raise awareness that support is available.

At Mountain Hope Good Shepherd Clinic, we understand that health is about more than physical well-being. Our behavioral health team provides compassionate, confidential support for uninsured individuals who live or work in Sevier County.

No one should have to navigate difficult circumstances alone. If you or someone you care about is experiencing domestic violence, reaching out for help can be an important first step.

🎉 CELEBRATING 10 YEARS WITH JASON BRACKINS, PA-C! 💙

Today we celebrate an incredible milestone at Mountain Hope Good Shepherd Clinic. Jason Brackins, PA-C, Director of Clinical Services, has been caring for our patients and serving our community for 10 years!

When Jason joined Mountain Hope, he was our only full-time medical provider. At the time, the clinic had just six exam rooms. Today, Mountain Hope has five providers, twice as many exam rooms at our Prince Street location, two additional clinic locations and two Mobile Medical Clinics bringing care into communities across Sevier County.

Jason has been here through so much of that growth, but when asked what has kept him at Mountain Hope for a decade, his answer was simple: the patients. 💙

Knowing he can help people with such a great need is what makes his work rewarding. Seeing the positive impact that care can have on a patient, and the gratitude of those he serves, is what continues to bring him back each day.

For Jason, the connection to Mountain Hope is also deeply personal. This is his home. Over the years, members of his own family have worked or volunteered at the clinic, and caring for people in the community he grew up in has always held a special place in his heart.

After 10 years, Jason remains grateful for every person he has been able to help and committed to serving as many people as he can in the years ahead.

Outside of Mountain Hope, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife of nearly 32 years and, whenever he gets the chance, going fishing. 🎣

Jason, thank you for 10 years of compassionate care, dedication and service to Mountain Hope and the people of Sevier County. We are incredibly grateful for the difference you have made in the lives of so many patients and for the important role you continue to play in our mission.
