I want to take a moment to say thank you for your generous donations and continued support! Your willingness to believe in us and what we’re doing in Selma means more than you know.
As we move into the colder months, our focus will shift toward reaching those experiencing homelessness. One thing we’ve learned over the years is that colder weather often creates a greater opportunity to help people make the decision to get off the streets and seek lasting change.
In some ways, it’s like Easter and Christmas when people who don’t normally attend church are more open to walking through the doors. We believe this season creates a similar window of opportunity to reach people who might otherwise be unwilling to accept help.
Over the next few months, your donations will go directly toward registration fees, intake fees, and transportation to help individuals enter long-term recovery programs.
Our goal isn’t simply to help people survive another cold night. It’s to help them find a new path forward and a chance at a transformed life.
Thank you again for believing in us, standing alongside us, and helping us bring hope and restoration to people right here in Selma.
