Every harvest represents months of hard work. Helping farmers protect that harvest means helping them protect their livelihoods. 🌱

Today’s Edmundite Missions Rural Farmers Initiative training focused on vacuum sealing—a practical tool to help farmers preserve their produce, reduce waste, and create more opportunities to sell what they grow.

The need came directly from our farmers. During a meeting last fall, many shared that they had lost more than $2,200 to spoilage. Their experiences inspired research, conversations, and an investment in equipment to help address the problem.

With grant support, we purchased vacuum sealers and pea shellers to help participating farmers make the most of their harvests. Today’s training put that investment into action.

Thank you to our supporters and partners for helping farmers in Mosses and surrounding communities build stronger businesses—and bring more locally grown food to their neighbors’ tables.

🍽️ Join the Supper Club — Be a Monthly Champion of Hope!

Every day at Edmundite Missions, more than 1,300 meals are served to neighbors in need. For many, it’s the only meal they will receive that day.
When you join the Supper Club, you become a monthly champion of hope—helping provide nourishing meals, dignity, and a sense of community for the poorest of the poor in Selma.

For just $19 a month, your steady support helps us plan ahead, budget wisely, and ensure that no one who comes to our door is turned away hungry.
As a thank-you, new Supper Club members receive a free Edmundite Missions T-shirt! Wear it proudly—and when someone asks about it, tell them how they can change lives too. 💙

Together, we can make hunger, hardship, and hopelessness less often — and hope more common.
