We are incredibly grateful.

Thanks to the generosity, love, and support of our community, our Christmas Outreach in Selma, AL exceeded its original goal of feeding 20 families. Because of you, we were able to not only meet that goal, but also donate enough to restock the food pantry of Frank’s home church Gospel Tabernacle COGIC-Selma for the winter season.

Remaining funds will be carried forward to support future initiatives, allowing us to continue serving families and meeting needs beyond the holiday season.

Again, thank you for helping us turn compassion into action and making a lasting impact. ❤️🎄✨

🔹 Type 1 Diabetes: Often diagnosed in childhood or adolescence. It’s an autoimmune condition where the body stops producing insulin.

🔹 Type 2 Diabetes: The most common type. It develops when the body becomes resistant to insulin, often linked to lifestyle and genetics.

🔹 Prediabetes: A warning sign. Blood sugar levels are elevated but not high enough for a diabetes diagnosis. Lifestyle changes can reverse it.

🔹 Gestational Diabetes: Occurs during pregnancy and usually goes away after birth, but it increases the risk of developing type 2 diabetes later.
