Can you believe it?!?! NCF is celebrating our 18th anniversary!! What a wonderful journey we all have been on. The best part— seeing our girls grow into the most amazing women! Congratulations to each and everyone of you - a true family filled with love.

During a recent visit to our hostel and school in Simikot our Mentors launched into an especially meaningful training on menstruation, using a curriculum developed by Days for Girls International. The girls were fully engaged and by the end even the youngest students said they were excited to start their periods! Watching them gain confidence discussing topics related to health and self-care was incredibly heartwarming.

Another day to celebrate! We are so pleased to share this happy news! Sunita Lama, Srijana Bohara, and Saradha Bhandari from Grade 9 participated in the inter-school Kho-Kho competition and secured the first position. Congratulations to all!
