SpoonFed Training, established in 2015, is a community-focused warehouse-style gym dedicated to helping individuals of all ages and fitness levels achieve their health and wellness goals. Founded by Certified Personal Trainer LaTaunya Witherspoon, the gym was built on a passion for empowering others through movement, strength, and self-care.
Located in the South King County area, SpoonFed Training offers personal training, small group training, and high-energy group fitness classes designed to improve strength, mobility, and overall well-being. The gym welcomes everyone—from beginners starting their fitness journey to seasoned athletes looking to elevate their performance.
SpoonFed Training is known for its supportive and inclusive environment, where clients are encouraged to push past their limits while feeling motivated, seen, and valued. In addition to adult fitness programs, the gym also provides youth speed and agility training, helping young athletes build confidence, discipline, and foundational skills.
Inside SpoonFed Training is a small business, The Gentleman’s Lounge, a barbershop owned by Reggie Witherspoon, adding to the welcoming, full-service atmosphere and sense of community within the space.
Through its nonprofit initiative, Gramp’s & Granny’s F***y Fitness, SpoonFed Training extends its impact by offering free fitness classes for adults ages 55+, promoting longevity, mobility, and a higher quality of life.
