We are in the 900 building and are open Monday-Friday from 7am-3:30pm, when school is operating. At the Tyee Health Center, you can be seen for Primary Care, Immunizations, Illness & Injury Care, Birth control, STD & Drug screenings , Emergency contraception, & Sports physicals. We also have an onsite nutritionist who provides information on Healthy Eating, Exercising, Weight Loss/ Muscle Gain adv
ice. You can also be seen for Mental Health Services such as Healthy Relationships, Counseling, Depression, Anxiety, Problem Solving, Grief & Loss, Worry, Family Concerns. All these services are offered with the consent of the parents or as confidential visits; for family planning services at any age & and for counseling over the age of 13. Tyee Health Center has also teamed up with CSC & "The Y" to promote health in groups settings; whether in the clinic or during after school programs hosted by CSC. Some of the topics discussed are Nutrition and exercise counseling , General health information, To***co prevention/smoking cessation, and School-wide health promotion and classroom presentations.
